Christina+Greg

Christina and Greg are two of the most dedicated triathletes I know. So much so, that Chris was spotted at the gym bright and early at 8 am on her wedding day! (She just qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Clearwater, FL – check out her blog to read about her most eventful week ever)  It just proves that they stay true to the things that are important to them. It showed in all of the details of their wedding – from the groomsmen’s Converse sneakers to the Chinese elements tied into their reception. They even entertained their guests with a dragon dance performance! Lyndsay at Nature’s Point was super helpful as always, and Byrne Rock rocked the house (I love his website – the header reads “The Ultimate Badass DJ of the World” LOL!) Flowers: Petals Ink, Cake: Tiffany Braymen, Officiant: Raul Gonzalez.

Congrats Chris and Greg!

Elements Album

This classic 10×10 leather album’s pages are thick and sturdy, and the cover materials are to die for. The album photos are printed on true archival photographic paper and are mounted to the page with a very small 1/16″ border on all sides, with an 1/8″ gutter across the spread. On the cover is a 4×4 window for your favorite photo. There are a huge array of custom cover materials available, including: leathers, silk brocade, and vegan-friendly options. Don’t be afraid to be bold and choose something a little funky! Overall, this album has good weight, and a hand-crafted quality feel that will last for generations.

Robyn+Ricky

What a weekend! This crazy central Texas weather could not stop Robyn and Ricky’s  amazing outdoor wedding. They had the event on Robyn’s family property in Cedar Park. For a wedding with a 300-person guestlist, it was amazingly organized thanks to Robyn’s awesome family as well as Robyn’s coordinator, Aaron Mabry. The lovely Kat Edmonson graced everyone with her spectacular voice during the reception, which was a special treat for me, since I recently discovered her music and have been blasting it on our speakers at home.  The rain subsided towards the end of the night, and Robyn surprised everyone with a fireworks show! Congrats Robyn and Ricky.

Four year anniversary!

I can’t believe David and I have been married for FOUR years! Time goes by so fast. We celebrated by going to Wink, an amazing restaurant we’ve been talking about go to for years. They pride themselves on utilizing local produce and only the freshest ingredients in their ever-changing daily menu. We made the last reservation for the evening, and we completely closed the place out! We had the 7-course tasting menu and it took us nearly two hours to get through it all! Highlights were the crisp duck breast on orange glazed cippolinis with romano beans and rapini, and tart lemon curd in a crisp meringue cup with candied lemon zest and berries for dessert. YUM. We also got a signed menu from the chef :)
